We create for our clients sterile, safe, and high-quality environments that ensure both product integrity and operator protection.

Present across multiple sectors pharmaceutical, cosmetics, aerospace, electronics, plastics, biotechnology, and innovative start-ups Euroflux acts as your engineering and consulting partner, managing the installation, validation, training, and maintenance of every system we deliver.

Pass-through or Mini Airlock in a Cleanroom?

The mini airlock, commonly known as a pass-through box, is a key component in maintaining contamination control.
It allows products or equipment to move between zones of different cleanliness levels while preventing cross-contamination.

By minimizing unnecessary movement and gowning changes, it also helps to save time and increase process efficiency.

Depending on your process and environmental needs, the pass-through can be configured as follows:

Standard version: without air treatment
Ventilated version: with H14 filtration, available in self-contained (motorized) or air handling unit (AHU)-connected configurations

Construction Features

External structure: Steel sheet, Epoxy RAL 9002 fine-textured finish
Internal structure:Stainless steel 304L
Doors: Steel sheet, Epoxy RAL 9002 fine-textured finish + tempered safety glass (Securit)
Interlocking system: Mechanical or electromagnetic (magnetic lock) with indicator lights

Dimensions:

External: 814 × 760 × 680 mm
Internal: 600 × 600 × 600 mm
